Technical Expertise: Hoplite chief technical lead, Paul Roe, also has over 15 years of experience in the wireless industry, with a focus on the technical and physical aspects of wireless deployments and configurations.

Carrier Side Know How: Mr. Lupo and the Hoplite staff began their careers working on behalf of the carriers, gathering years of knowledge and experience in the process.

Legal Expertise: Hoplite maintains up to date knowledge of the latest laws, regulations and caselaw, at the local, state and federal level, affecting the deployment of wireless technology in the State of New Jersey.

Sole Representative of Municipality: Now, Hoplite is solely a representative of municipalities and does no longer works on behalf of carriers any more in any capacity. All the valuable experience and knowledge now works on behalf of municipalities.

Staffing: Hoplite has adequate staff and resources on hand and can scale up as needed.

Location: Hoplite is headquartered in East Brunswick, New Jersey, centrally located in the state. This will allow Hoplite to be responsive to municipal needs and requests concerning carrier

Resources: Hoplite has the hardware, software and technology to fulfill its obligations. This includes world class ESRI software ArcGIS to map and track 5G small cell deployments for each represented municipality

Veteran Owned Business: In addition, Hoplite is a sole owned and managed veteran owned business. Awarding the contract to Hoplite would work toward any municipal compliance goals for various veteran set aside programs at the state and local level.
